About Movement Ads

Calling out the elephant in the room:
Most ad agencies aren't great.

Here's what we're building at Movement Ads, and how we're an outlier in a sea of mediocre agencies.

Why we're building differently this time around.

2016

Bridgette built her first ad agency.

After five years working in paid ads, Bridgette launched her own agency in 2016. The plan was the usual one: hire a team, take on accounts, grow the book.

2021

Hit the agency ceiling.

Five years in, the agency had 25 stable clients, 11 employees, and was just shy of seven figures in revenue. It also had every classic agency problem she could not solve. Employees she could afford but with limited experience and varying motivation. Bandwidth pushing some accounts forward while others stalled. No time to think through the why behind any account's performance.

The work was getting done. The accounts were getting by. "Getting by" was not the work she had set out to do.

2022–2025

Shifted into 1:1 consulting.

She closed the agency model and moved into 1:1 consulting, where she could control quality directly. Smaller roster, senior work on every account, no junior handoff. The depth came back. The scale did not.

2026 → now

AI changed the math. Movement Ads exists because of it.

When Claude and the new wave of AI tools landed, the constraint that had always limited agencies finally had an answer. A single senior operator can now input strategy, briefs, hypotheses, and analysis, and AI workflows can produce 100 times the output, with that same operator still QAing everything at the back end.

The classic trade-off between depth and scale finally has an answer. Boutique product, scalable execution. Senior brain on every account, AI doing the volume work, human QA holding the trust layer. This is the agency we always wanted to build, with the ceiling removed.

To prove the systems work, we offer a low-ticket entry: $7,500 + 4.5% of ad spend over 90 days. Try the model before you sign a year away, and see the difference for yourself.

Elite-Human
Inputs
Scaled AI
Outputs

Inputs come from executive-level marketers. Strategy. Briefs. Hypotheses. Analysis. The senior-brain work that has always been the part agencies couldn't scale without watering down.

AI takes those inputs and produces the volume of outputs real performance goals need at the speed real execution requires. Creative variations. Ad copy iterations. Dashboards. Reports. Customer-flow analysis. Human QA stays in the middle as the trust layer.

The result is the boutique-agency product, finally scalable. Senior brain on every account, AI doing the volume work, faster execution and faster iteration than any human-only agency can match.

The principles we run every account on.

Every business is unique. Marketing has to be too.

We don't believe in a single marketing strategy slapped onto every brand. Years of consulting made it clear: some businesses have their creative dialed in, some have messaging, some have offer, some have AI workflows already. The work is identifying what's working, what's missing, and executing on the gap. Customized, every time.

The system is an assembly line, not a one-off project.

Whatever's missing has to be executed on routinely, not ad hoc. Scheduled. In depth, but scalable. Flexible enough to absorb data and learnings, structured enough to keep production moving. Without tech and AI, this is nearly impossible to scale. With them, it's the whole point.

Simple beats complicated.

When things feel complicated, execution slows down. When execution slows down, performance drops. Most accounts we inherit are over-built, over-segmented, over-engineered. The fix is almost always to simplify, then move fast.

Speed of iteration beats perfection.

Performance comes from fast execution and faster iteration on what the data is telling you. The best system isn't the one designed perfectly upfront. It's the one that learns the most in the shortest cycle. Boutique product, scalable execution, fast loops.

Bridgette in Miami

Miami-based.
Retired traveler.

I spent the better part of a decade on the road, full-time. Coffee shops in cities I'd never return to, and a few I always will. That chapter is closed. This one is about the work, and I have the bandwidth and the focus for it precisely because I've already lived the other version of life.

What I love about marketing is the combination it asks for: a creative outlet on one side, revenue and performance and data all the way down on the other. That mix is rare. Most people are good at one side or the other. The work I'm proudest of has threaded both.

Outside the work: classical piano, the gym most mornings, and staying close to warm weather. Three constants that don't lose their meaning, no matter how the rest of the year goes.

Who we're a good fit for, and who we're not.

Likely a good fit

You probably want to work with us if…

  • You're spending $30K/mo+ on paid ads with a real business behind it
  • You have a strong product and an audience already buying
  • You want the growth systems and the strategy, not just someone setting up campaigns
  • You want a team to help get real insights from your ad performance to build on
  • You value direct access to the person running your ads
  • You are looking to scale over the next 12 months if performance holds up
Probably not a fit

You probably don't want to work with us if…

  • You're launching a brand from scratch with no proven offer
  • You're spending under $30K/mo+ on ads (the math doesn't work for either of us)
  • You want to negotiate scope and fees below our threshold
  • You anticipate changing direction on goals often based on the business' growth stage
  • You expect ads to do all the work without post-click iteration and improvements

If any of this sounds like you,
let's talk.

One 30-minute call. No pitch deck, no slide carousel. An honest read on where your account is, what's working, what's broken, and whether we're a fit. If we're not, we'll tell you who is.
